Review Standing Orders
Two issues were raised:
A comment relating to the oversight (by a nominated Cllr) of the FcH Parish Council accounts should be added.
The section relating to Planning in the Standing Orders mentions an Annex A – this is not included. Annex A should be located and added to the Standing Orders.
Chair agreed to take on both of these tasks.
22/43
Unveiling of new finger post on The Pound
Options discussed.
It was agreed that the formal unveiling should take place 1500hrs Sunday 10th July 2022.
Preferred location is the patch of grass at the entrance to Lower Street (near the Lower Street / Leading to Meadow View signs).
22/44
Condition of road signs
General (poor) condition of road signs in the villages was discussed.
Signs that need / will soon need attention are:
Stop sign at crossroads on the Everleigh Road (badly damaged by hedge cutter. Precise location = https://w3w.co/stopwatch.gallons.chopper)
Both 30mph signs at the village entrance on the Everleigh Road (sun damaged / very faded - https://w3w.co/ripen.gardens.boring)
Fittleton sign at the village entrance on the Enford Road (Both support posts badly rusted - https://w3w.co/manages.washable.sweetly).
