a. Planning
20/07554/LBC – Green Vine Cottage – Revised external layout approved by WC.
20/07188/FUL – 9, Downs View Close – Timber outbuilding approved by WC.
b. Footpaths & Rights of Way
Mr. Hayward has submitted his invoice for FY 20/21 for cutting the Rights of
Way. He has advised that he is no longer available.
c. Allotments
Winter preparation under way.
d. Phoenix Hall
The hall is shut due to lockdown. Grant request to be considered at next meeting.
e. Transport & Highways
Parking congestion in contravention of the Highway Code around The Pound to be
referred by Cllr. Morgan to the police via the CATG liaison group.
Landmarc have cut back the hedge on Everleigh Road.
f. Tidworth Area Board
Not meeting due to Covid-19.
g. Parish Steward
Given the standard task of regularly cutting the grass adjoining the footpath from Haxton to Netheravon.
h. Jubilee Committee
Not meeting due to Covid-19.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AND CAROLS
New lights purchased and ready for stringing on 6 December at 10am. SSE to connect on 2 December.
Arrangements for Christmas carols evening on 11 December at 6.30pm to be decided after 3 December when Government regulations on Covid-19 are known after lockdown.

PARISH MATTERS/UPDATES FROM LAST MEETING
The Parish Clerk, Mr. Darg-Forsyth has resigned as of 31 October 2020 due to health issues. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman received all Parish property, including keys, chequebooks and a data “stick”, on 23 October 2020.
The Chairman is currently undertaking Parish Clerk duties but cannot be paid due to law. The position of Parish Clerk has been advertised. Closing date 16 November.
Item 20/27c – Finger Posts – Wiltshire Council asked to replace lettering.
Item 20/27d – Sign posts deemed by Wiltshire Council as not in a bad enough condition to repair.
All outstanding grants have been paid except for the Day Centre which will not have been opened in FY 20/21 and do not require a grant.
