REPORT FROM WILTSHIRE COUNCILLOR
Reminder of youth fair on the 29th of September at Durrington Rec. C Road repairs are underway. Councillors asked to report any local issues. Planning application for Highview is under permitted development so cannot be called into committee. Winter Fuel payment issue raised for people in need in the local area. Household support fund will be renewed but will not be enough to use to subsidise this on top of other needs already allocated in the area. The council will be pushing for people who could qualify for pension credit to apply to meet the eligibility criteria and will aid with handing out information.

REPORTS/UPDATES BY COUNCILLORS
a) Phoenix Hall no updates, next committee meeting 16th October.
b) No objection to tree limb removal at 350. Holmlea application to be looked at by the planning officer Cllr CG
c) Footpaths & Rights of Way, the Droveway has been cut back but will need further clearing in October time, Cllr PC
d) Transport & Highways Following LHFIG meeting, Kate Davey (WCC) to meet councillors at The Pound 24th September 10.00. Fingerpost for Everleigh Road crossroads to be collected and completed for erection Cllr DG
e) Allotments, still one vacant. Request to purchase plastic to cover the spare plot, also need toreplace posts around surrounding fence £50 for plastic, £120 for posts. Request agreed by all. Cllr SS
f) Jubilee Committee/ Nil
g) Stonehenge Area Board, next meeting 26th September 6.30 at Phoenix hall, networking from 6.00, Cllr PC attending
h) Parish Steward, putting a list together for winter tidying Cllr KF

Issues regarding dog waste bin in Fittleton addressed and resolved.

PARISH MATTERS
a) Cob Wall adjacent to Phoenix Hall car park-still ascertaining ownership of the wall. Meeting 17th September at the school with Netheravon PC and the school trust to discuss.
b) The owners of Fittleton Manor have allowed a connection box with a timed power supply to be installed in their grounds. One off cost of £410 + £82 VAT by RGV Engineering. Fittleton Manor have offered to supply the electric FOC for the Christmas lights. The Christmas event to be held in the Church.
c) A request has been made to refurbish Fittleton Bench, still awaiting quotation for wood. Unanimous decision to proceed.
d). Awaiting more information on Newsletter updates.
e) Kissing gate at B crossing currently has a new post and a standard gate as a temporary measure. Awaiting a quote for repair or replacement of the kissing gate.
f) Remembrance service, 2 wreaths required Cllr SS to contact SS RBL Rep.
