REPORT FROM WILTSHIRE COUNCILLOR
Stonehenge A303 project, final meeting has happened, Council now to go to the govt for schemes surrounding the tunnel which were jointly funded to ask where the budget is for these. Report on distribution of highways maintenance published online for each Area Board covered and roads funded on a risk management basis not on mileage over the county. Thermal cameras funded through public health and distributed through libraries are a particular success for Wilts CC currently and there is high demand for these pieces of equipment. New My Wilts app due to launch soon for reporting of issues. Budget for Wilts council due to be published today, 800k overspend on first ½ figures, should relate to an underspend over the year. Household support plans in place with emphasis on prevention and an allowance to help for the people affected by the loss of winter fuel allowance with a new criteria determined.

REPORTS/UPDATES BY COUNCILLORS
a). Phoenix Hall - cob wall still awaiting response from the Academy in terms of ownership. Last meeting 16th October, to lead on from updates on wall, 6 interested parties so a possibility of splitting the costs. Financial updates for PH running ahead of last year on bookings with a positive uptake. Next meeting 29th January.
b). Planning - agreed no objection to limb removal on property School House, Cllr CG and Cllr DG.
c). Footpaths & Rights of Way - Tree in the droveway has fallen, landmarc have been contacted reference removal, Cllr PC
d). Transport & Highways - Haxton Farm Cottage to check overhang onto road of bushes, Cllr CG and Cllr VJ.
e). Allotments - Empty plot has been offered for rent, awaiting response. Posts around field still in need of repair will be done soon. Meeting needed with those that use the shed to arrange a tidy and removal of belongings which have been left Cllr SS.
f). Jubilee Committee, donation agreed towards WMC curry.
g). Stonehenge Area Board next meeting end of this month.
h). Parish Steward, not giving warning of time due to work with Cllr KF for a list of what needs to be done. Leaf clearing has been requested, due imminently.

PARISH MATTERS
a). Budget- agreed in principle installation of gates and new sign entering Haxton a good value expenditure however other ideas invited regarding new entry sign works for next meeting.
b). Fingerpost being replaced after the bench repair finished.
c). Christmas Celebrations- electricity supply being arranged start of December for Lights switch on etc. Christmas celebrations to be held in the church again this year for comfort of the parishioners, raffle money raised to be donated to the church. People needed for light installation around the village TBC. Invitations for delivery early as possible. Possible need for gazebo if heating mulled wine outside on a gas stove to allow for weather conditions speak to church regarding.
d). Kissing gate- repair so far good with the gate automatically closing, downside would be cattle in field blocking entry and higher gate allowing access for dogs underneath. Still awaiting quotation for replacement parts/whole unit.
