DG advised in IBP absence that a full report had been included in the monthly News Letter.

REPORTS/UPDATES BY COUNCILLORS
a . Phoenix Hall - SS
A meeting was held on the 15th February 2022. Finances were positive and new doors are planned and solar panels quotes have been requested. Discussions were held about FPC’s contributions to the hall in light of the current financial status of the Hall. Decision to be made at the next meeting.
b . Planning -CG/VJ
Fittleton Manor has submitted an application to undertake further works. CG/VJ to review.
c . Footpaths & Rights of Way – SVE
Gabriel the parish Steward is leaving and a new steward is to be employed. Near River Cottage a ditch digger is required to remove mud and debris after flooding. PC offered to oversee the works.
d . Transport & Highways - GM
Crossroads to Enford and Airfield Camp sign is damaged. This was reported on the 12th October 2021 DG has emailed the Highways regarding delays to this matter .
GM advised that if a salt bin was purchased by FPC then the local authorities would not replenish the salt.
e . Allotments - SS
A reminder letter has been issued to tenants regarding their allotment terms and conditions.
To allow for ongoing maintenance to the allotments and to ensure the allotment rent is fully covered a rent review will be undertaken. There are currently two good plots available for rent and these will be advertised in the Newsletter. SS to issue updated list of tenants.

ubilee Committee - SVE
It has been agreed that the location of the Beacon will be at the Wash Down in Netheravon.
This is a joint effort between Netheravon, Fittleton, Haxton and Fighledean. Enford have their own Beacon and Durrington is waiting for confirmation that they can have their own Beacon. Currently looking for someone to play the bag pipes.
g . Stonehenge Area Board DG
Stonehenge Area Board have issued FPC a sum of £1,728.15 for half of the cost of the Speed Indicator Device, erected between the bridge and the Pound, Haxton.

Correspondence was received by a member of the public and discussed by councillors. A response will be sent to the parishioner.

PARISH MATTERS
a . Finger Posts
The replacement Finger post is under construction and the letters on the current post on the Pound will be removed shortly in preparation for the new signage.
b . Queen’s Jubilee Celebrations.
Netheravon’s Street Party will be on the 5th June 2022. Commencing 1200hrs until 1700hrs.
Forms have been entered into the Newsletter requesting details of how many family members will be attending. This is to get an accurate head count, allowing organisers to be able to cater for the event accordingly.
On the 2nd June 2022 the Beacon will be lit at the Wash Down time to be confirmed. This has been registered as part of the Beacon lighting across the Country.
Cllrs have been approached asking if Fittleton will be holding a separate event, Cllrs to decide if they feel it is feasible.
c . Tidy Day
The next tidy day will be Sunday 29th May 2022 between 100hrs and 1200hrs.

DATE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING, FOLLOWED BY AGM 10TH MAY 2022
Members of the public are invited to come to the Annual Parish Meeting which will start at 7pm. It will be followed by the AGM.
*Members of the public are invited to attend the AGM and to bring matters to the Council’s attention at this point in the meeting (max 3 mins per person). If a detailed response is required, it would be helpful for the clerk to receive your questions in advance of the meeting, in writing, preferably 5 days in advance of the meeting.
