PLANNING
LISTED BUILDING CONSENT 20/03466/LBC
Fire damage repair and reinstatement works to include rebuilding partially collapsed gable wall and chimney stack, rebuilding of the thatched roof, plaster and render repairs, renewal of fire damaged windows to the first floor, internal repairs.
Parish Council Comments:
This was agreed unanimously. It was agreed to support the application subject to conditions. The attached report was sent to Development Control.
It was agreed that the Clerk be asked to arrange a meeting with the Highways Engineer on site to discuss issues and concerns with traffic management while building work is in progress.

GRANT TO PHOENIX HALL FOR THE YEAR 20/2021
It was RESOLVED to approve the payment of the agreed grant to the Phoenix Hall for the year 20/2021.
